Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of purchase. Once dispatched, please allow 5-7 business days for delivery to your UK address.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been placed, followed by a dispatch notification with your tracking details once your order is on its way.

Please note that during high demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We will always keep you informed.

Pre-Order Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that circumstances change. If you would like to cancel your pre-order, you are entitled to a full refund at any point before your order has been dispatched. Simply contact us at hello@shinribeauty.com with your order number and we will process your refund within 5-7 working days.

Once an order has been dispatched we are unable to offer cancellations.
